Tasting notes
Cool mornings. Long shadows. A slower kind of ripening on a North-facing slope in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA.
This one leans into restraint. Half whole cluster, half destemmed, built for lift, spice, and a little edge.
Tart cherry leads the way. Dried herbs follow. Cracked pepper and graphite keep it grounded. Light on its feet, but not fragile—there’s structure here, just with a little more elegance.
