The Riesling and Chardonnay fruit for this wine hails from our estate vineyard on the Hackett Ranch. The natural fermentation process includes a pied de cuve and 13 days on the skins. This winemaking method is known as "Orange Wine" or "Skin-contact wine" and involves extracting additional color and flavor from the contact between juice and skin. The wine is finished in stainless steel tanks. Unfined and unfiltered.
